Domperidone adalah obat antiemetik, dan termasuk dalam kelompok obat yang disebut antagonis dopamin. Obat domperidone digunakan untuk mengobati masalah yang berhubungan dengan perut, seperti mual dan muntah, serta sakit perut dan ketidaknyamanan yang disebabkan oleh penurunan pergerakan lambung dan saluran gastrointestinal (GI) bagian atas. Efek lain yang bisa diberikan oleh obat domperidone yakni meningkatkan suplai ASI (Air Susu Ibu).
