Ondansetron (INN) adalah sebuah serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist yang digunakan untuk mencegah mual dan muntah yang disebabkan oleh kemoterapi kanker, terapi radiasi dan pembedahan. Obat ini juga digunakan untuk menangani gastroenteritis. Efeknya kecil untuk muntah yang disebabkan karena mabuk gerak. Dapat diberikan melalui mulut, injeksi ke otot atau ke vena.
