Gereja Ortodoks Yunani Yerusalem (bahasa Arab: كنيسة الروم الأرثوذكس في القدس Kanisatt Ar-rum al-Urtudoks fi al-Quds, artinya Gereja Ortodoks Rûmi Yerusalem; bahasa Ibrani: הפטריארכיה היוונית-אורתודוקסית של ירושלים), yang bernama resmi Patriarkat Yerusalem (bahasa Yunani: Πατριαρχεῖον Ἱεροσολύμων, Patriarcheîon Hierosolýmōn), adalah sebuah gereja autosefalus dalam persekutuan besar Gereja Ortodoks Timur. Gereja tersebut dipimpin oleh Patriark Ortodoks Yunani Yerusalem. petahananya adalah Teofilos III sejak 2005. Umat Kristen meyakini bahwa Gereja Yerusalem didirikan pada hari Pentakosta dimana Roh Kudus turun di antara para murid Yesus Kristus (Kis 2:1–41) dan bahwa Injil Kristus disebarkan dari Yeruslaem. Gereja tersebut merayakan liturginya dalam Ritus Bizantium, yang bahasa aslinya adalah bahasa Yunani Koine, bahasa asli Perjanjian Baru, dan mengikuti kalender perayaannya sendiri, yang memakai kalender Julian.
