Wakil Presiden Guatemala adalah jabatan politik di Guatemala yang sejak tahun 1966 dipilih secara bersamaan dengan jabatan Presiden Guatemala. Wakil Presiden saat ini adalah Guillermo Castillo Reyes.

Wakil Presiden haruslah seorang warga negara Guatemala yang berusia di atas 40 tahun.

The President and Vice President of the Republic shall be elected by the people for a non-extendable period of four years, by universal and secret suffrage.
