Enema adalah prosedur pemasukan cairan ke dalam kolon melalui anus. Enema dapat ditujukan untuk merangsang peristaltik kolon supaya dapat buang air besar, membersihkan kolon untuk persiapan pemeriksaan operasi, serta memberikan sensasi berbeda dalam teknik berhubungan.
