Mazhab-mazhab Kristen Santo Tomas atau Denominasi Kristen Santo Tomas adalah mazhab-mazhab Kristen dari Kerala, India, yang menelusuri asal-usul mereka kepada aktivitas penginjilan Tomas sang Rasul pada abad ke-1. Mereka juga dikenal sebagai orang "Nasrani". Istilah "Nasrani" dalam bahasa Siria masih digunakan oleh masyarakat Kristen Santo Tomas di Kerala.

Selama 15 abad pertama, mereka memiliki pemimpin mereka sendiri yang mereka patuhi dan yang hormati baik oleh masyarakat maupun para penguasa negara. Pada tahun 190 M, Pantaenus dari Iskandariyah mengunjungi orang-orang Kristen ini. Dia menemukan bahwa mereka menggunakan Injil Matius dalam bahasa Ibrani.
