Masjid Şehzade (bahasa Turki: Şehzade Camii) (bahasa Indonesia: Masjid Pangeran) adalah sebuah masjid peninggalan Kesultanan Utsmaniyah pada abad ke-16 yang berada di kawasan Bukit Ketiga, distrik Fatih, Provinsi Istanbul, Turki. Masjid ini dibangun atas perintah Sultan Süleyman I, sebagai peringatan untuk putranya Şehzade Mehmed yang meninggal pada tahun 1543.
