Dalam kajian masa depan, kepunahan manusia adalah hipotesis dari akhir spesies manusia. Ini dapat timbul dari sebab alamiah atau akibat tindakan manusia (antropogenik). Sebab kepunahan manusia pada masa depan oleh sebab alami, seperti kejatuhan meteor atau letusan gunung berapi skala besar, umumnya dianggap memiliki kemungkinan yang sangat rendah.
