Gadis Bond (Inggris: Bond Girl) adalah tokoh wanita pendukung James Bond dalam film, novel, atau video game. Mereka sering (namun tidak selalu) memiliki nama berarti ganda, misalnya "Pussy Galore", "Holly Goodhead", dan "Xenia Onatopp".
Bond Girl kadang adalah seorang korban yang diselamatkan Bond, rekan agen, atau musuh Bond. Kadang mereka cuma "hiasan" saja dan tidak memiliki keterlibatan langsung dengan misi Bond, dan kadang mereka memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan misi. Tokoh-tokoh wanita lain seperti M (dimainkan Judi Dench dalam film) dan Miss Moneypenny biasanya tidak dianggap sebagai Bond Girl.
Peran Bond Girl dapat mengangkat nama aktris yang memainkannya, walau ada juga aktris yang sudah terkenal sebelumnya. Misalnya Diana Rigg dan Honor Blackman telah dikenal lewat film seri The Avengers. Selain itu, Halle Berry memenangkan Academy Award pada 2002 ketika ia sedang menyelesaikan Die Another Day.
Ursula Andress biasanya dianggap sebagai Bond Girl pertama dalam film, Honey Ryder, dalam Dr. No (1962), walaupun Eunice Gayson, sebagai Sylvia Trench, dan Zena Marshall sebagai Miss Taro terlihat dalam film itu sebelum Andress. Sylvia Trench adalah satu-satunya Bond Girl yang muncul dua kali, kali kedua dalam film From Russia with Love (1963).
