Akio Otsuka (大塚 明夫, Ōtsuka Akio, lahir 24 November 1959) adalah pengisi suara asal Jepang. Dia dikenal dengan peran-perannya dalam serial anime: sebagai "Black Jack" dalam Black Jack, sebagai "Shunsui Kyouraku" dalam Bleach, sebagai "Letnan Garuru" dalam Sersan Keroro, dan sebagai "Gwendal von Voltaire" dalam Kyo Kara Maoh!.
Akio Otsuka sekarang berada di bawah manajemen artis Mausu Promotion.
