Altuğ Taner Akçam (lahir 23 Oktober 1953) adalah seorang sejarawan dan sosiolog Turki-Jerman. Ia adalah salah satu akademisi Turki pertama yang mempelajari dan berdiskusi terbuka soal Genosida Armenia, dan diakui sebagai "otoritas internasional utama" dalam subyek tersebut.
