Selat Hormuz (bahasa Arab: مضيق هرمز—Madīq Hurmuz,bahasa Persia: تنگه هرمز—Tangeh-ye Hormoz) adalah selat yang memisahkan Iran dengan Uni Emirat Arab. Selat ini terletak di antara Teluk Oman dan Teluk Persia.
Pada titik tersempit, lebar Selat Hormuz hanya mencapai 54 km. Selat ini merupakan satu-satunya jalur untuk mengirim minyak keluar Teluk Persia. Menurut U.S. Energy Information Administration, setiap hari 15 kapal tanker yang membawa 16.5 hingga 17 juta barel minyak bumi melewati selat ini.
