Salome Aleksandra atau Aleksandra dari Yerusalem (Ibrani: שְׁלוֹמְצִיּוֹן אלכסנדרה, Shelomtzion atau Shlom Tzion; 141–67 SM), merupakan satu dari dua wanita yang memerintah Yudea (yang lainnya adalah Atalya). Ia adalah istri Yudas Aristoboulos, dan setelah itu Aleksander Jannaeus, ia adalah penguasa wanita terakhir Yudea, dan penguasa terakhir Yudea kuno sebagai penguasa kerajaan mandiri dari tahun 76 sampai 67 SM.
