Region Diourbel (bahasa Serer dan Cangin: Jurbel) adalah sebuah kawasan yang terletak di Senegal. Ibu kota kawasan ini adalah kota Diourbel. Wilayahnya kurang lebih sama dengan wilayah kerajaan Bawol pada masa prakolonial yang pernah dikuasai oleh keluarga Joof dari kelompok etnis Serer. Sebagian besar penduduk Diourbel adalah orang Serer, termasuk mereka yang menuturkan bahasa Cangin. Suku Wolof juga dapat ditemui di tempat ini.

Kawasan Diourbel merupakan tempat berdirinya tumulus Cekeen. Kemungkinan monumen ini dibangun oleh orang Serer. Di Departemen Mbacke juga terdapat tempat suci bagi tarekat Sufi Muridiyyah, yaitu Touba.
