Ralph Joseph Garman (lahir 17 November 1964), atau yang dikenal dengan nama Ralph Garman, adalah aktor berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat, komedian, dan penyiar radio yang dikenal melalui acaranya The Joe Schmo Show, proyek sulih suara dalam [Family Guy], jurnalis hiburan dan pemandu acara Kevin and Bean siaran pagi di radio KROQ-FM Los Angeles. Kehidupan pribadi sunting
Garman menikah dengan Kari Watson sejak April 2005. Watson melahirkan bayi kembar prematur, Lincoln dan Olivia, 26 Maret 2010. Namun Lincoln meninggal tak lama setelah lahir. Olivia dirawat di neonatal intensive care unit selama dua bulan, sebelum pulang ke rumah. Ibu Garman meninggal pada tanggal 13 November 2012 karena serangan jantung mendadak. Garman sebelumnya berpacaran dengan aktris film dewasa Ginger Lynn.
