Paul Allan Offit (lahir 27 Maret 1951) adalah seorang pediatrisian Amerika Serikat yang mengkhususkan diri dalam penyakit menular, vaksin, imunologi dan virologi. Ia adalah salah satu penemu vaksin rotavirus.
