Anna Marie "Patty" Duke (14 Desember 1946 - 29 Maret 2016) adalah seorang aktris teater, film, dan televisi Amerika. Dia pertama kali dikenal sebagai bintang remaja, memenangkan Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress pada usia 16 tahun untuk perannya sebagai Helen Keller di The Miracle Worker (1962), peran yang ia awali dari Broadway.
