On Joo-wan (lahir Song Jeong-sik lahir 11 Desember 1983) adalah aktor asal Korea Selatan. Dia mendapat pujian luas untuk peran utamanya dalam film The Peter Pan Formula, dan juga tampil dalam My Mighty Princess, Twelve Men in a Year, dan The Five.
