Nepenthes truncata (pengucapan: /nəˈpɛnθiːz trʌŋˈkɑːtə/, dari Latin: truncatus), dinamakan demikian karena bentuk daunnya yang seperti terpotong. Nepenthes truncata adalah salah satu spesies kantong semar yang merupakan tanaman karnivora yang endemik di pulau Mindanao di Filipina. Tanaman ini tumbuh di ketinggian antara 0–1500 m. Tanaman ini pernah ditemui memerangkap tikus, seekor mamalia. N. truncata adalah salah satu spesies kantong semar yang dapat tumbuih epifit.
