Pada tanggal 17 Februari 2014, diumumkan bahwa Lee akan menikah dengan pengusaha Shin Seung-hwan. Pasangan ini mengadakan perayaan secara Kristen secara pribadi di Villa de Bailey di Seoul pada tanggal 1 Maret 2014.
