Santo Kolumba (Templat:Lang-ir, 'merpati gereja';; bahasa Skots: Columbkille; 7 Desember 521 – 9 Juni 597) adalah seorang biarawan dan misionaris Irlandia yang dikenal karena menyebarkan agama Kristen di sekarang wilayah Skotlandia pada permulaan Misi Hiberno-Skotlandia. ia menghimpun sebuah biara di Iona, yang menjadi lembaga agama dan politik dominan di kawasan tersebut selama berabad-abad.
