Khnumhotep dan Niankhkhnum adalah dua laki-laki dari Mesir Kuno yang diduga merupakan pasangan homoseksual pertama yang tercatat dalam sejarah karena di makamnya mereka digambarkan sedang berciuman. Namun, beberapa kritikus tidak setuju dengan interpretasi ini karena kedua laki-laki tersebut punya istri dan anak, sehingga mungkin mereka hanyalah saudara.
Makam mereka ditemukan Ahmed Moussa di Saqqara, Mesir, pada tahun 1964. Kehidupan mereka tidak banyak diketahui; namun, mereka digambarkan memiliki keluarga, dan mungkin mereka bekerja untuk firaun Nioeserre.
