Kepemilikan kolektif adalah kepemilikan alat produksi oleh semua anggota suatu kelompok untuk kepentingan semua anggota tersebut. Lingkup dari kelompok ini secara luas dapat mencakup keseluruhan masyarakat dan secara sempit sampai dengan rekan kerja di perusahaan tertentu (seperti pertanian kolektif). Dalam istilah yang sempit, istilah ini dibedakan dari kepemilikan umum, artinya memiliki akses terbuka, pengendalian aset bersama, dan tidak adanya kepemilikan.

Kepemilikan kolektif alat produksi adalah karakteristik dari sosialisme, ketika kepemilikan kolektif merujuk pada kepemilikan oleh semua anggota masyarakat atau kepemilikan koperatif oleh anggota organisasi. Lebih umumnya mengacu pada kepemilikan kelompok (seperti melalui organanisasi koperasi) sebagai kebalikan dari kepemilikan publik.
