Kei Hosogai (細貝 圭, Hosogai Kei, lahir 10 Oktober 1984 di Tokyo) adalah pemeran dan musisi asal Jepang yang berasosiasi dengan GMB Production. Pada tahun 2008, ia memulai debut sebagai pemeran dengan peran Hiyoshi Wakashi dalam Musical: The Prince of Tennis, dan sejak itu, telah membintangi berbagai produksi televisi, sandiwara, dan film, seperti Battle of Demons (2009), Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger (2011) and Ultraman Trigger: New Generation Tiga (2021).
