Istana Damascus (Arab: قلعة دمشق, translit. Qalʿat Dimašq) adalah sebuah istana abad pertengahan berbenteng besar di Damaskus, Suriah. Ini merupakan bagian dari Kota Kuno Damaskus, yang masuk Situs Warisan Dunia UNESCO pada 1979.
