Invasi Maluku adalah sebuah invasi militer oleh pasukan Inggris yang terjadi antara Februari sampai Agustus 1810 di dalam dan sekitaran Kepulauan Maluku milik Belanda pada perang era Napoleon.

Pada 1810, Kerajaan Belanda menjadi vasal Prancis Napoleon dan Britania Raya bersama dengan Perusahaan Hindia Timur berniat untuk merebut kepulauan rempah-rempah Belanda yang kaya di Hindia Timur. Dua pasukan Inggris dikerahkan; satu di Pulau Ambon dan Ternate, kemudian pasukan lain akan merebut kepulauan pertahanan alat berat Banda Neira, menyusul kepulauan lain yang dipertahankan.
Dalam sebuah kampanye yang berlangsung selama tujuh bulan, pasukan Inggris merebut seluruh pulau di wilayah tersebut. Ambon direbut pada bulan Februari, Banda Neira pada bulan Agustus dan Ternate dan seuruh pulau lain di wilayah tersebut pada bulan yang sama.
