Injil Marsion, yang disebut oleh para pengikutnya sebagai Injil Allah, adalah sebuah teks yang dipakai oleh pengajar Kristen pertengahan abad ke-2 Marsion dari Sinope. Injil tersebut merupakan versi pendek dari Injil Lukas, namun para cendekiawan terbagi soal apakah penulis Lukas menambahkan material pada injil Marsion, atau apakah Marsion memangkas isi dari Lukas.
Meskipun tidak ada manuskrip injil Marsion yang masih dilestarikan, para cendekiawan seperti Adolf von Harnack dan Dieter T. Roth dapat merekonstruksi sebagian besar teks tersebut dari kutipan-kutipan dalam risalah-risalah anti-Marsionit dari para apologis Kristen ortodoks seperti Irenaeus, Tertullian, dan Epiphanius.
