Hak untuk melawan adalah hak asasi manusia, meskipun ruang lingkup dan isinya masih kontroversial. Hak untuk melawan, tergantung pada bagaimana hak tersebut didefinisikan, dapat berupa pembangkangan sipil atau perlawanan bersenjata terhadap pemerintah tirani atau pendudukan asing; apakah hak ini juga berlaku untuk pemerintah non-tirani masih diperdebatkan.
