Frank Capra (18 Mei 1897 – 3 September 1991) merupakan seorang aktor berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat keturunan Italia. Dilahirkan dengan nama Francesco Rosario Capra di Sisilia, Capra pindah ke Amerika Serikat pada tahun 1903. Istrinya ialah Helen Powell (1923-1927) dan Lou Capra (1932-1984). Dia meraih penghargaan Oscars 8th Academy Awards.
