Delhi (/ˈdɛli/, pengucapan bahasa Hindi: [d̪ɪlliː] Dilli,bahasa Hindustani: [ˈdɛɦliː]), dengan nama resmi National Capital Territory of Delhi (NCT), adalah wilayah Ibukota India. Selama masa Kemaharajaan Britania, Delhi merupakan bagian dari provinsi Punjab dan secara historis dan budaya berhubungan dengan daerah Punjab. Populasinya sekitar 16,3 juta sehingga menjadikannya kota terpadat kedua dan aglomerasi perkotaan terpadat kedua di India.
