Dayr Ayyub (Arab: دير أيوبcode: ar is deprecated ) adalah sebuah desa Arab Palestina di Subdistrik Ramle. Desa tersebut dikosongkan pada saat Perang Saudara Mandat Palestina 1947–48 pada 6 Maret 1948 oleh brigade-brigade Givati dan Sheva dari Operasi Nachshon. Desa tersebut berjarak 17.5 km dari tenggara Ramla.
