Bill Flynn (13 Desember 1948 – 11 Juli 2007) adalah seorang pemeran dan komedian berkebangsaan Afrika Selatan. Dia menjadi yang terkenal saat bermain di film-film terkenal seperti House of the Living Dead (1973), Kill and Kill Again (1981), Prisoners of the Lost Universe (1983), Saturday Night at the Palace (1987), Oh Schuks... I'm Gatvol (2004), dan Krakatoa - The Last Days (2006). Berkarier di dunia film sejak tahun 1973 dan sampai kematiannya pada tahun 2008 akibat serangan jantung yang dideritanya.
