Ambrose Edward Barlow, O.S.B., (1585 – 10 September 1641) adalah seorang biarawan Benediktin Inggris yang dimulaikan sebagai seorang santo dalam Gereja Katolik. Ia adalah salah satu dari sekian orang kudus yang dikanonisasikan oleh Paus Paulus VI yang dikenal sebagai Empat Puluh Martir Inggris dan Wales.
