Yudaisasi Yerusalem (Arab: تهويد القدس, tahweed il-quds; Ibrani: יהוד ירושלים, yehud yerushalaim) adalah pandangan bahwa Israel berniat mengubah pemandangan fisik dan demografi Yerusalem untuk mendorong sifat Yahudi-nya dengan membuang unsur-unsur Muslim dan Kristen-nya. Ini juga seringkali melibatkan peningkatan keberadaan Yahudi di Yerusalem pada era modern, merujuk kepada Yishuv Lama Yahudi menjadi makin dominan sejak era Utsmaniyah.
