Westland Helicopters adalah perusahaan kedirgantaraan Inggris. Awalnya Westland Aircraft, perusahaan berfokus pada helikopter setelah Perang Dunia Kedua. Ini bergabung dengan beberapa perusahaan Inggris lainnya pada tahun 1961. Pada tahun 2001 ia bergabung dengan Agusta untuk membentuk AgustaWestland.
