Wael Ghonim (Arab: وائل غنيم IPA: [ˈwæːʔel ɣoˈneːm]; transliterasi lainnya meliputi: Ghoneim, Ghonaim, lahir 23 Desember 1980) adalah seorang aktivis internet dan teknisi komputer dengan minat dalam wirausaha sosial.

Pada 2011, ia menjadi figur internasional dan menggerakkan demonstrasi pro-demokrasi di Mesir setelah wawancara emosionalnya. setelah 11 hari diam-diam dibekuk polisi Mesir—dimana ia diinterogasi terkait kerjanya sebagai salah satu dari dua pengurus laman Facebook, "We are all Khaled Saeed", yang membantu menyebarkan revolusi. Majalah Time memasukkannya dalam daftar "Time 100" dari 100 tokoh paling berpengaruh pada 2011, dan Forum Ekonomi Dunia memilihnya sebagai salah satu Young Global Leaders pada 2012.
Wael adalah pengarang "Revolution 2.0: The power of people is greater than the people in power". Pada 2012, ia membentuk Tahrir Academy, sebuah organisasi non-pemerintahan yang berfokus pada teknologi yang bertujuan untuk memajukan pendidikan di Mesir.
