Sejarah sunting
Pada tahun 2012, Rich Goldberg & Mitch Budin mendirikan Vertical Entertainment, sebuah perusahaan distribusi film yang merilis film secara teatrikal, melalui video on demand dan media rumah. Pada bulan Mei tahun 2013, Vertical mengumumkan rencananya untuk merilis 24 film per tahun, mulai tahun yang sama. Perusahaan tersebut telah berkolaborasi dengan XYZ Films pada film-film seperti Holidays, Under the Shadow, dan Headshot.
Pada November 2019, diumumkan Vertical Entertainment akan meluncurkan cabang distribusi Inggris.
