Alan Vaughan Lowe QC (lahir 1952) adalah barister dan akademisi hukum internasional. Ia menjabat sebagai Dosen Hukum Internasional Publik Chichele di Universitas Oxford dan anggota All Souls College, Oxford pada tahun 1999-2012, kemudian Dosen Hukum Internasional Emeritus dan anggota emeritus All Souls College, Universitas Oxford, sejak 2012. Ia diangkat sebagai anggota Bar of England and Wales di Gray's Inn dan menjadi Bencher pada tahun 1993, lalu ditunjuk sebagai Queen's Counsel pada tanggal 28 Maret 2008. Ia membuka praktik di Essex Court Chambers, London. Saat ini ia merupakan anggota rekan l'Institut de droit international.
