Universitas Yonsei (연세대학교 (延世大學校) [jənseː]) adalah universitas Kristen swasta yang berlokasi di Seoul, Korea Selatan. Berdiri tahun 1885, Yonsei merupakan salah satu universitas tertua di Korea Selatan, universitas swasta favorit di Korea Selatan, dan dikenal sebagai salah satu dari tiga universitas teratas di Korea.

Universitas Yonsei adalah salah satu dari empat universitas di korea yang rankingnya terdaftar di ARWU World University Ranking, QS World University Rankings, dan The Times World University Ranking tahun 2010, sejajar dengan Seoul National University, KAIST, and POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology). Also, in 2011, Yonsei University was ranked the 129th in the world and 18th in Asia by QS World University Rankings, and 226-250th in the world and 25th in Asia by Times Higher Education World University Rankings.
Pada tanggal 1 April 2009, Universitas Yonsei membangun kampus utama di Seoul, kampus kedua di Wonju, Korea Selatan, 26,530 murid S1, 11,437 murid S2, dan 4,178 anggota fakultas.
