Umm al-Fahm (Arab: أمّ الفحم , Umm al-Faḥm; Ibrani: אֻם אל-פַחְם Umm el-Fahem) adalah sebuah kota yang berjarak 20 kilometer dari barat laut Jenin di Distrik Haifa, Israel dengan penduduk sejumlah 48,500 orang, yang hampir secara keseluruhan adalah warga Arab di Israel. Kota tersebut berada di barisan pegunungan Umm al-Fahm, yang titik tertingginya adalah Gunung Iskander (522 meter di atas permukaan laut). Umm al-Fahm adalah pusat sosial, kebudayaan dan ekonomi untuk para penduduk wilayah Wadi Ara dan Segitiga.
