Ukiran gading adalah sebuah gading, yang dikatakan berasal dari gigi atau cula hewan, yang diukir memakai alat potong runcing, baik secara mekanis atau manual. Manusia memiliki ukiran gading ornamental sejak zaman pra-sejarah, meskipun sampai abad ke-19, terbuka di wilayah dalam Afrika, ini biasanya merupakan material mahal dan langka yang dipakai untuk barang-barang mewah.
