Trias Akhir adalah kala terakhir dari periode Trias, yang dimulai pada 237 juta tahun lalu, hingga 201.3 juta tahun lalu.

Coelophysis, Salah satu jenis dinosaurus berbulu pertama, muncul dari kala Trias Akhir.

Banyak jenis dinosaurus awal muncul di saat ini, termasuk Plateosaurus, Coelophysis dan Eoraptor. Pterosaurus mendonimasi langit, sementara itu Ichthyosaurus mendominasi lautan.

Di akhir Trias Akhir, beberapa peristiwa menyebabkan Peristiwa kepunahan yang mirip dengan yang memusnahkan dinosaurus. Peristiwa ini dikenal dengan Peristiwa Kepunahan Trias-Jura.
