Tomas Gösta Tranströmer (lahir 15 April 1931) adalah seorang pujangga, psikolog, dan penerjemah dari Swedia. Pada tahun 2011, Tranströmer mendapat penghargaan Nobel Sastra dan menjadikan Ia ke 108 dan menjadi orang pertama Swedia yang mendapat penghargaan tersebut.
