Themistoclea (/ˌθɛ.mɪs.təˈkliː.ə/; bahasa Yunani: Θεμιστόκλεια Themistokleia; juga Aristoclea (/ˌæ.rɪs.təˈkliː.ə/; Ἀριστοκλεία Aristokleia), Theoclea (/ˌθiː.əˈkliː.ə/; Θεοκλεία Theokleia); skt. abad ke-6 SM) merupakan seorang Imam di Delfi.

Menurut sumber-sumber yang masih hidup Themistoclea adalah guru Pythagoras.

Di dalam biografi Pythagoras di dalam Hidup dan pendapat filsuf terkenal, Diogenes Laërtius (abad ke-3 SM) bahwa Aristoxenus (abad ke-4 SM) bahwa Themistoclea mengajarkan Pythagoras doktrin-doktrin akhlaknya:

Aristoxenus mengatakan bahwa Pythagoras mendapatkan sebagian besar doktrin moralnya dari imam Delfi Themistoclea.

Porfirius (233–305 M) memanggilnya Aristoclea (Aristokleia), walaupun terdapat sedikit keraguan bahwa ia mengacu pada orang yang sama. Porphyry mengulangi pernyataan bahwa ia adalah guru Pythagoras:

Ia (Pythagoras) mengajarkan banyak hal, yang ia akui telah pelajari dari Aristoclea di Delfi.

Ensiklopedia Suda abad ke-10 memanggilnya Theoclea (Theokleia) dan menyatakan bahwa ia adalah saudari Pythagoras, tetapi informasi ini mungkin timbul dari korupsi dan kesalahpahaman tentang perikop di Diogenes Laertius.
