Theophilos (bahasa Yunani: Θεόφιλος, Teofilos; Theophilus; 813 – 20 Januari 842) adalah Kaisar Bizantium dari tahun 829 sampai kematiannya pada 842 M. Dia adalah kaisar kedua dari dinasti Amoria dan kaisar terakhir untuk mendukung ikonoklasme. Theophilos sendiri memimpin tentara dalam perang seumur hidup melawan Arab, dimulai pada 831.

Kesehatan Theophilos perlahan menurun, dan ia meninggal pada 20 Januari 842. Theophilos memperkuat Tembok Konstantinopel dan membangun sebuah rumah sakit, yang terus ada hingga akhir Kekaisaran Bizantium.
