Stephen John Coogan (/ˈkuːɡən/; lahir 14 Oktober 1965) adalah aktor, pengisi suara, pelawak, penulis skenario, dan produser Inggris. Dia memulai karirnya pada 1980-an sebagai pengisi suara di Satire puppet show Spitting Image dan memberikan suara untuk iklan televisi. Pada 1990-an, ia mulai menciptakan karakter orisinal. Pada 1999, dia ikut mendirikan perusahaan produksi Baby Cow Productions dengan Henry Normal.
