Eyalet Siprus (Turki Otoman: ایالت قبرص, Eyālet-i Ḳıbrıṣ) adalah sebuah eyalet (provinsi) Kesultanan Utsmaniyah yang terletak di pulau Siprus. Pulau ini ditaklukan oleh Utsmaniyah pada tahun 1571. Utsmaniyah beberapa kali mengubah sistem pemerintahannya di Siprus. Pada awalnya, wilayah ini adalah sebuah sanjak (daerah tingkat dua) di dalam Eyalet Kepulauan dari tahun 1670 hingga 1703, dan sekali lagi dari tahun 1784 hingga seterusnya. Wilayah ini juga pernah menjadi tanah feudal Wazir Agung pada periode 1703–1745 dan 1748–1784, dan sekali lagi sebagai sebuah eyalet untuk jangka waktu yang pendek dari tahun 1745 hingga 1748.
