Sinema India terdiri dari film-film yang dibuat di seluruh India, yang meliputi budaya-budaya sinematik Andhra Pradesh dan Telengana, Assam, Bihar, Gujarat, Haryana, Jammu dan Kashmir, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Bengal Barat, Bollywood dan lain-lain. Film-film India menyebar ke seluruh Asia Selatan, Timur Tengah Besar, Asia Tenggara, dan negara-negara yang berada di bekas wilayah Uni Soviet. Dadasaheb Phalke dikenal sebagai Bapak Sinema India.
