Shelley Winters (terlahir Shirley Schrift; 18 Agustus 1920 – 14 Januari 2006) adalah seorang aktris Amerika Serikat. Winters adalah anak perempuan dari pasangan kaum Yahudi — Jonas Schrift (seorang immigran) dan Rose Winter (lahir di AS) — yang bermukim di Negara Bagian Illinois.

Shelley Winters sekitar tahun 1940-an

Ia belajar di Hollywood Studio Club dan berkongsi kamar dengan Marilyn Monroe. Winters kabarnya pernah berselingkuh dengan Joseph P. Kennedy, Sr., ayah mantan Presiden John F. Kennedy, serta tokoh-tokoh Hollywood seperti William Holden, Burt Lancaster dan Marlon Brando. Ia menikah tiga kali, terutama dengan aktor Anthony Franciosa dan Vittorio Gassman.

Film pertama yang dibintanginya ialah What a Woman! (1943), sebagai peran pembantu. Ia menyumbangkan Piala Oscar pertama yang diraihnya dalam The Diary of Anne Frank (1959) kepada Anne Frank House di Amsterdam pada 1975.
