Sean Michael Carroll (/ˈkærəl/; lahir 5 Oktober 1966) adalah seorang pakar kosmologi dan profesor fisika yang mengkhususkan diri dalam energi gelap dan relativitas umum. Ia merupakan seorang profesor riset di Departemen Fisika di California Institute of Technology.
